The Blue Planet
The Story of the Blue Planet was published in Iceland in 1999. It received the Icelandic Literary Prize and has been published or performed in 20 languages. The play was premiered on the Main Stage of the National Theater in Iceland, in LKTYP theater in Toronto Canada, in Vaasa and Lahti in Finland. Smaller productions include the Maxim Gorky Theater in Berlin, Theater Cafe in London and a school show in Islamabad Pakistan. The Toronto Production was nominated for 5 Dora Mavor Moore Awards – one of them as Outstanding Production of the Year.
